1. General "3esh" is an Emirati platform offering sustainable fashion inspired by heritage and national identity. The project is owned and managed by Sheikha Aisha bint Khalifa bin Mohammed Al Nahyan. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Products and Orders

  • We strive to display product colors and details (such as hoodies and embroidery) as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device's screen.

     

  • All orders are subject to product availability. In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify you to arrange an alternative or a refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices displayed are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering via the payment methods available on the website.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork (e.g., "Khashmak", "Zayed & Rashid"), logos, and text displayed on the site are the exclusive property of "3esh" and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. User-Generated Content By sharing photos of yourself wearing our products in the "Share Your Identity" section or via social media, you grant "3esh" the right to display these images on our platform and accounts as part of our community stories gallery.

 

6. Shipping and Returns

  • We ship within the UAE (and GCC where applicable).

  • As our products are sustainable and unique, please review our Exchange and Return Policy. Returns are generally accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects or order errors within the specified legal period.
